Cooking has always been my passion which drives me to this adventure. I want to inspire all to taste this wonderful fine cuisine of Haiti.

 

 

It is sometimes no easy to imagine that Haiti has so much to offer to the rest of the world, when it comes to food. But I am confident that we can out scale the highest rate of resignation.

By tasting our cuisine, you will have the chance to embrace and travel throughout this beautiful island of Haiti, from the North to the South and from the East to the West.

You will learn to appreciate and fall in love with the aroma, flavor and mostly to the history of war, victory and independence.
